The “Levi Strauss & Co. Way” is an integrated blueprint and operating model for leading and managing the company globally to achieve sustained profitable growth and create competitive advantage. Learning Design Network helped transform this initiative into a team-based, global employee learning program that created an experience of The LS&CO. Way and how it is tangibly relevant to employees on a day-to-day basis. The program was implemented in phases to 9,000 employees worldwide and translated into Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Hungarian, Turkish, Polish, French, Spanish, Italian and German.
