Humana’s leadership shifted its focus from providing healthcare insurance to helping people achieve lifelong well-being. They needed alignment across all business areas around this strategic change. Learning Design Network developed a series of learning maps to help leaders and associates alike understand Humana’s competitive advantage and to provide context to the brand promise. We transformed this initiative into a team-based learning program that created an experience of how the strategic shift is tangibly relevant to employees on a day-to-day basis.
