After acquiring Pfizer Consumer Health, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health developed new strategic imperatives that needed to be communicated across the global organization. Learning Design Network developed a customized learning solution that increased business readiness by helping employees understand how to better navigate some of the organizational paradoxes and align around the strategic focus.
