Standard Aero and Landmark Aviation were merged when DAE purchased both. The merge positioned the business for unparalleled growth opportunities, and the companies were working their way through a full integration, but employees needed to better understand the synergies that the merge created and align around the new Vision and Values. Learning Design Network developed and implemented a program in phases to 5,000 employees to instill the organization’s values and cultural elements into respective businesses and provide context around how employees could individually contribute to the vision.
