Banana Republic’s leadership had changed the pipeline process and wanted employees to know how their day-to-day work was impacted. Learning Design Network transformed 54 pages of process maps into one very effective information design piece that likened the milestone meetings to key stops on a subway map. We supplemented the map with a customized, interactive simulation that helped all functions understand what was expected of them and why.
