Our pragmatic, results-oriented approach means cost-effective and timely solutions. While we do have a time-tested process, we tailor it to suit the unique needs of each project and client.

1. Draft Outline
We work closely with our client project team to synthesize, clarify and articulate the key organizational objectives of the project.  We develop a learning path with the most applicable media and implementation options that will drive the key learning.

2. Conceptual Development
We combine data-gathering, one-to-one “soundings” (interviews), focus groups and joint working sessions to enable us to develop the program on a conceptual level.

3. Design & Develop
We develop a more detailed design, both in terms of graphics and content.

4. Verification
We run pilot tests with your project team and target audience to establish the effectiveness and cultural fit.

5. Finalization
We make the final adjustments and checks in accordance with the feedback from pilot tests.

6. Production
The final solution is produced in its finished format and delivered to you either in print-ready format or printed depending on your needs.

7. Implementation
We run a train the trainer session so that your people can lead the programs.

8. Evaluation
Together we decide on the best way to measure the results. After the rollout, we join for a follow-up meeting and decide our next steps for keeping the momentum.
