Through AMD’s acquisition of ATI, the new company offered more robust, comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs and become the partner of choice. AMD and ATI needed to truly merge into one organization, aligning their strategies, cultures and employees to build a “powerhouse” reputation in the marketplace.
