methodology implementation
the method is the message
Transform your power point decks into more meaningful engagements. Research has proven that people retain much more when they are actively engaged and allowed to discover things for themselves.

There are many ways that people learn–practical and concrete cases, sophisticated and conceptual discussion, graphs, matrixes, color, visuals, written word. We use a blended approach which involves more parts of the brain for more efficient learning and overall retention.

We specialize in large, custom-designed table-top “posters” called WorkMaps that contain interactive exercises that guide teams of participants through the information you want to communicate.

5% retention 70% retention

Traditional methods (lectures, power points, posters, emails) often fail because they don’t engage learners and therefore typically don’t generate retention of knowledge or motivation for change.

Workmaps are developed to engage the learners and get them to think about and discuss issues using their own frame of reference, allowing them to process information more effectively. Each small group, through interaction and discovery, is able to reach a shared understanding, speeding up the learning process and ensuring retention and consistency.
