methodology implementation
rapid and seamless implementation that engages the masses
Whether the learning solution is rolled out to a hundred people or tens of thousands of people, we design the materials to enable participants to work together in small groups of four to five.

Small Group

Large Group

Working in small groups allows people to contribute their own prior knowledge and experience. Each group, through interaction and discovery, is able to reach a shared understanding, speeding up the learning process and ensuring consistency.

This technique allows your company to communicate several underlying messages:
- We want to give everyone the opportunity to truly understand.
- We support dialogue between all employees.
- We believe in our people’s ability to make this happen.

We will train a group of “Master Facilitators” to ensure complete understanding and consistency of the learning approach. Facilitators will be fully supported with a comprehensive Facilitator Guide that gives end-to-end guidelines for the program – how to introduce and run sessions, lead debriefs to hit the main learning points.

Implementation options
CONVENTION STYLE–OPEN ENROLLMENT
A “convention style” deployment strategy involves bringing together large numbers (100+) of cross functional employees to go through the program at the same time in a conference style facility.

BRAND / FUNCTION CASCADE–WITHIN GROUP
A Brand/Function Cascade involves deploying the program through a function/brand versus a specific location or country.

COUNTRY CASCADE–LOCATION SPECIFIC
A Country Cascade involves deploying the program at specific locations within your region (i.e. country by country, key metropolitan cities, etc.)

HYBRID–BLEND OF ABOVE
A hybrid model could involve a combination of any of the above.
