levi strauss & co. legacy reputation building
The LS&CO. Way is an integrated blueprint and operating model for leading and managing LS&CO. globally to achieve sustained profitable growth and create competitive advantage. Learning Design Network helped transform this initiative into a team-based, global employee learning program that created an experience of The LS&CO. Way and how it is tangibly relevant to employees on a day-to-day basis.

johnson & johnson strategy alignment
After acquiring Pfizer Consumer Health, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health developed new strategic imperatives that needed to be communicated across the organization globally. Learning Design Network developed a customized learning solution that helped employees understand how to better navigate some of the organizational paradoxes and align around the strategic focus.
Event-based implementation to 1500 employees worldwide. Translated into Portuguese, Russian, Italian.

amd acquisition
Through AMD’s acquisition of ATI, the new company offered more robust, comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs and become the partner of choice. AMD and ATI needed to truly merge into one organization, aligning their strategies, cultures and employees to build a “powerhouse” reputation in the marketplace. AMD built a powerful brand foundation and Learning Design Network developed a customized learning program that helped transform those “words” into behaviors and actions, throughout the organization.

Spansion was a joint venture between AMD and Fujitsu but once they went public they became the largest company exclusively focused on Flash memory solutions. They evolved from a product-centric culture to a customer-centric culture and it was imperative that all employees acted in alignment with this new brand strategy. Learning Design Network created a game changing” approach to answering, “Who are we now?”
